Our cattle are Purebred Angus, Purebred Hereford or Angus/Hereford Mixed Base

Bred & Born on Farms in Wilson and Greene Counties

Grazed on pastures containing fescue, lespedeza, pearl millet, oats, rye, etc.

Raised without the use of growth hormones, implants, or antibiotic injections.

Finished with a corn-based feed mixture prepared by a locally owned feed mill.

• Portion sizes based on hanging weight: whole beef
(600 – 700 lbs), half beef  (300 – 350 lbs) and quarter beef (150 – 175 lbs)

• One cubic foot of freezer space will hold approximately 30 lbs. of beef.

• Beef will last in the freezer for approximately one year.
